Atkins sent me an email about a new baking mix and pasta that’s available for pre-order. While I’ve never pre-ordered food products before - that’s typically what you do with DVDs, right? - I’m placing an order, which should be available mid-August, according to the website, which is here.

I’ll be thinking of some recipes to use these products in, and of course posting reviews about the product quality when they’re available. I’m pleased they’re updating their baking mix, because the old one wasn’t very good. Hopefully, this one will be. Stay tuned for news!
